I just wanted to take a moment to send out a thank you, update everyone, and point a few things out before I wrap up the day. Even though it's technically "the next day." lol
As you all may have noticed, there have been a considerable number of changes that have been made to the site today. For instance, there is now a search bar, a link to some phenomenal Michigan businesses, plenty of aesthetic updates, and more.
In fact, you may be browsing at any given moment and notice that by the time the next page loads, things look different. You're not crazy! It really does. We have definitely been editing and we'll continue to do so frequently. Especially as we are in the early stages here. There is so much growth that needs to occur to allow for a fully functional and completely interactive destination.
Speaking of which, you'll notice that there are comment boxes on the majority of pages throughout the site. This is for your convenience as well as to make it as interactive as possible. You can give feedback, ask questions, comment about your experience with the topic of the page, talk to each other, or whatever comes to mind. I would love to make this a great place to have a conversation with like minded people all over the world. So, please don't be shy! :) Fire away!
And last but CERTAINLY not least, I wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful encouragement and support I have received today. I honestly, truly had no idea it would be so incredible. I can't thank you all enough for your kind words, interest, and time spent on the site and YouTube. It's been a crazy day on the back end! Almost 10,000 pages were viewed from seven different countries on 5 continents across the world! I mean, sure it's "the internet," but that's just incredible!
Well, it's now approaching 1am, I'm completely exhausted, and ready to attempt another bout with insomnia. I just really wanted to get this out before I did. Again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you ALL! Have a great night, morning, and start to your week :)
