Hey, guys. I'm Kurt, aka: The Husband. If you've ended up here, you should be in the middle of trying to enter the giveaway, having trouble doing so, and need help. If this sounds like you, and you are having moments like this...
... relax... you've come to the right place, well, assuming those issues are tied to entering the giveaway anyway. I am not a therapist. Had to get that disclaimer in there. So, let's get started here. I'm going to do my best to get you entered, but first I have some suggestions that you should try before contacting me. This solves most of the issues. I'm not just saying that, I promise. They really do solve most issues.
SUGGESTIONS
To help save you the time contacting me and waiting for a reply, these are the troubleshooting steps that solve most issues, and are likely going to be the steps I would suggest first anyway, so here they are by category.
Twitter issues

The biggest issue I see is with Twitter getting "stuck." Either you click "tweet," and it looks like it works, but when it reroutes you back to Gleam, you can't move on to the next one. OR the second biggest issue is you hit "tweet," but it says this tweet has already been sent, and it won't let you retweet it. This is usually on the heel of the last issue. You couldn't continue after you tweeted so you tried to send the tweet again. However, twitter knows you sent the tweet, and Gleam is the issue in not recognizing the tweet has been sent. This usually with is iOS (iPhone/iPad users) and it generally means you started in Safari. So, delete the tweet on twitter, launch the Chrome browser, go to the Gleam app/page again, and send the tweet that way through Chrome.

MAKE SURE

NOT SAFARI

As stated above, you guys have the most issues by FAR, and your biggest issue is Safari, so start with using Chrome. That will solve almost everything right there. If that doesn't solve it though, try:

A computer (not your phone)

If you can't try a computer, close the tab, then close the browser (chrome) on the phone and relaunch it

If that doesn't work, try logging in a different way to Gleam. For instance, if you logged into Gleam using instagram, try twitter, facebook, or even just email and password instead. ​It could be a glitch on the social media side of things through Gleam.​
Instagram issues

If you don't know how to repost on Instagram, follow these steps:

Click the arrow below the picture (third icon from the left).

Then click “add to story.”

Then look above the image. There is a down arrow that is pointing to a horizontal line below it indicating “download.” Click that.

The image will download to your phone. All that means is it’s in your photos.

Then go to instagram to post a picture just like you normally would post a picture from your camera roll.

Select the image you just downloaded and add text.

Then repost.
